Brittany and Barry Preparations
When we arrived to the room, I arrived as a hotel attendant was walking out, and she let me in. I walked in to find the room quiet and empty, but peeking through the french doors to the balcony, found a beautiful young lady with blonde hair and a blue dress writing a letter. Because we do so many destination weddings where our brides are traveling here from out of town, most often it is the day of the wedding before we ever see them in person for the first time. So naturally, my first order of duty is to figure out who the bride actually is! I asked "Hi, is this the bride's room?" to which Brittany looked up and said "I'm the bride!". LOL.
Unlike the usual hubub and activity before the start of the day, the room was quiet. Brittany moved inside the room while we captured the details, the dress, shoes, and other meaningful items. We helped her into her dress, and greeted the videographers, who set to filming as well.
We all ended up downstairs, greeting Barry and having him wait for Brittany to come down, so they could see each other for the first time before we headed out.
